Though sadly only represented via blurry surrogate in this video, Annie Lennox’s backing vocals on “Darling Don’t Leave Me” still, unsurprisingly, manage to outshine the robotic sprechgesang of Robert Görl, the former drummer of Deutsch-Amerikanische Freundschaft.
